  • Find places where customer needs and business goals meet, and make sure teammates and partners consider diverse customer perspectives throughout the design process.
  • Track products, customers, competitors and industry trends well enough to anticipate change and guide how Design engages with significant business problems.
  • Help cross-functional groups generate creative solutions, spot risks, share learning, and set up frameworks that make complex decisions easier and faster.
  • Connect work across the organization, bringing executive partners together to make experiences more coherent, speed delivery and raise the value of design.
  • Present to executives and stakeholders using a human-centered approach that combines design frameworks, data and research to explain complex material, drive change and set direction.
