Description

The company applies agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform and deep legal and professional services expertise to change how critical knowledge work is done.

The company has strong product-market fit, backing from well-regarded investors, and is growing quickly while building a new product category.

The team moves fast, owns its work, stays close to customers and pushes for high standards. Its values are Decisiveness, Simplicity and Job's Not Finished, meaning it acts on sound judgment without perfect information, believes simplicity is what scales, and is never fully satisfied.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will run several projects from ideation through launch. You will produce high-quality designs, interactions and prototypes that turn hard problems into intuitive solutions. You will work with engineers, AI researchers, product managers and lawyers to build AI into the product in useful ways, designing interfaces that help users understand, trust and steer AI output.

The role suits someone with strong interaction design judgment, a good eye for visual design, and a habit of working well across functions. You care about details, take feedback well, and make ideas better through close teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of complete product experiences, from first concept to finished work.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers and AI researchers to turn business goals into designs centred on users.
  • Build out and maintain the design system so the product has a consistent, scalable visual language.
  • Run user research to find pain points and opportunities, and use what you learn to guide design decisions.
  • Build prototypes to test new features, workflows and interactions.
  • Hold the team to a high design standard, making deliberate choices at every stage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years designing products in a fast-moving setting, with a portfolio showing your strongest work.
  • Skill at turning complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences.
  • Solid knowledge of design systems and strong craft in visual and interaction design.
  • Experience running user research and using the findings in design decisions.
  • Clear communication and storytelling, so you can explain design ideas and the reasoning behind them.

Conditions

Salary range: $167,500 - $251,300 USD.

The company is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition, or any other protected basis.
