Senior Product Designer

Description

The company works with clients to turn ideas into technology-enabled products, and it is hiring a Senior Product Designer for its Product Implementation team.

The role suits someone who is self-driven and wants to see their design work move from discussion into real products that clients and users rely on.

You will work alongside product owners, developers, business teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Turn business ideas into clear product requirements and user journeys.
• Apply design thinking to define problems, test assumptions and shape solutions.
• Build prototypes that help groups discuss, validate and decide.
• Sketch concepts, flows and system ideas quickly during live sessions.
• Turn workshop outputs into mid fidelity design artifacts.
• Change designs on the spot based on participant input.
• Work with facilitators and technologists to take ideas from conversation to concrete form.
• Support usability checks and lightweight validation exercises.
• Record design rationale and key assumptions behind each concept.
• Package outputs so client or internal teams can reuse them.
• Use AI tools to work more efficiently, explore faster and support everyday design tasks.
• Simplify complex processes into digital experiences that are useful and easy to use.

Requirements

• You are comfortable designing live in front of others, simplifying complex ideas, and quickly turning discussion into clear low fidelity artifacts.
• A degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Engineering or a related field.
• A postgraduate degree is a plus.
• 4 to 8+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, service design or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC or similar.
• Familiarity with journey mapping, flows, service blueprints and concept prototyping.
• Ability to adjust designs in real time based on group feedback and session dynamics.
• Confidence presenting and working live with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience turning abstract discussions into low to mid fidelity artifacts and prototypes.
• A strong preference for clarity, usefulness and speed over visual polish.
• Clear verbal communication in English and Greek, especially when explaining design decisions to non-designers.
• Strong visual thinking and the ability to simplify complex systems and ideas.
• Strong written communication for documenting rationale, assumptions and outcomes.
• A pragmatic approach focused on learning, progress and helping teams make better decisions.
• Experience with AI tools for research, ideation, design or productivity.
• Experience with design systems.
• Previous work on complex digital products or enterprise solutions.
