Description

The company is an AI-first global tech firm with over 25 years of engineering leadership, more than 2,000 staff and 500+ active projects for Fortune 500 clients such as HBO, Microsoft, Google and Starbucks.

It works with enterprise leaders on everything from AI platforms to digital transformation.

The client is a digital agency that designs future-ready experiences, products and capabilities for some of the world's largest enterprises.

Its multidisciplinary design team covers strategy, UX and UI, with a growing focus on LLM-powered interfaces, generative UI (GenUI) and AI-enabled design workflows.

The team works with engineers and client teams to turn complex problems into clear direction that scales.

Responsibilities

  • Turn research findings into experience opportunities, especially where LLM-powered interfaces could add real value
  • Design and prototype user experiences that pair solid design principles with LLM-powered and GenUI approaches
  • Help shape prompts, flows, states and interaction patterns over language models so they feel natural, on-brand and useful
  • Work on low and high fidelity prototypes, including interactive and conversational concepts
  • Explore conversational, adaptive and system-driven interfaces, testing ideas fast and refining them based on feedback
  • Support qualitative and quantitative research, using AI-assisted tools to find insights, patterns and direction for the product
  • Support the design of LLM-powered interfaces, including conversational and agent-like experiences
  • Work with engineers to understand model behaviour and design around its strengths and limitations
  • Apply and extend design systems for GenUI and AI-driven interfaces, keeping them consistent, clear and scalable
  • Study how tokens, components and patterns can drive adaptive and generative UI
  • Take part in workshops that help clients grasp emerging AI-powered and GenUI experiences
  • Work with senior designers to turn complex ideas into clear, actionable outcomes
  • Explain your design decisions, linking user needs, business goals and new technology
  • Present your work to internal teams and clients through strong storytelling and visuals
  • Keep up with new tools and workflows, including vibe-driven design, coding workflows, no-code tools and AI-assisted prototyping
  • Suggest ideas that help the team's AI and design practice grow

Requirements

  • Mid-weight designer with strong digital design foundations
  • Strong UX and UI design fundamentals and confidence with modern design tools
  • Experience prototyping and iterating on ideas, including interactive or conversational experiences
  • Interest in, or hands-on exposure to, LLM-powered interfaces, conversational UX or GenUI, from client work, internal projects, prototypes or personal exploration
  • Design systems literacy, understanding how systems support scale, especially in AI-driven products
  • Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and problems that keep changing
  • Curiosity, adaptability and a drive to keep learning
  • Attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • You do not need to be an AI expert, but you should be enthusiastic about where design is going
  • Coding experience is not required; curiosity about vibe-driven workflows, no-code tools or AI-assisted build approaches is a definite plus
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate
