Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Python, React)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack web applications that perform well, scale and stay secure.
• Ship new features and improvements with solid tests, clean code and efficient builds.
• Work with product managers and UX designers on interfaces that are intuitive, responsive and accessible.
• Investigate technical problems and bugs against business needs, then implement the fixes.
• Shape architecture, API design and system integrations.
• Lead the engineering team technically by running design discussions, reviewing code and helping the team improve.
• Take part in estimating, prioritising and planning tasks according to engineering processes.

Requirements

• Deep experience in Python or Node.js and proven work with a modern frontend framework such as React.js, Vue.js or Next.js.
• Experience with background job processing, including queues, retries, idempotent jobs and recovery when a worker fails mid-task.
• Hands-on work with cloud services, preferably AWS, and with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Experience contributing to architecture and design, including design patterns, reliability and scaling, for new and existing systems.
• Solid understanding of API development, microservices and system integration.
• At least one project using LLM APIs with tool calling and streaming. A side project counts, but a simple chat interface on an API does not.
• At least one product you built from scratch and then ran in production for a year or more.
• Familiarity with Temporal, Inngest or another durable execution tool.
• Experience storing large volumes of logs and traces with OpenTelemetry, ClickHouse or similar tools.
• Experience building MCP servers or clients.
• Experience with LangGraph, the OpenAI Agents SDK or the Claude Agent SDK.
• Knowledge of protecting against prompt injection and sandboxing tool execution.
• English at upper-intermediate level.
