  • Work with Product, Sales, Support, and partner organizations.
  • Support pre-sales work, including software demonstrations and scoping for prospective clients.
  • Customize and configure applications to the specifications agreed with the customer.
  • Design, build, and document project deliverables that meet agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Take part in configuration, implementation, and testing, and make decisions on configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Deliver end-user and super-user training.
  • Work with Product Management and Engineering to deliver complete solutions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT integrations and configuration.
  • Experience as an implementation or solution consultant on large, cross-functional or partner projects.
  • Experience managing project activities, including project plans and timelines.
  • Experience resolving customer support issues in a timely way.
  • Experience working closely with business teams such as Product, Sales, Support, and partners.
  • Experience helping with pre-sales work, such as demonstrations and prospect scoping.
  • Experience customizing and configuring applications to agreed specifications, and designing and documenting deliverables against customer timelines and budgets.
  • Hands-on experience with application configuration, implementation, and testing.
  • Understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing compliance rules across the EU and APAC regions.
  • Preferred: experience in IT integrations and configuration within e-invoicing.
  • Preferred: experience working with Product Management and Engineering on end-to-end solutions.

Conditions

The role follows the company's hybrid model for office-based positions.

The company welcomes candidates of all backgrounds, regardless of race, color, sex or gender, pregnancy, gender identity or expression, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, citizen status, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable law, and it makes reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and for sincerely held religious beliefs.

Benefits

  • Flex My Way policies that support family, community, and personal time, plus the option to work from anywhere for up to 8 weeks per year.
  • Grow My Way learning programs and a skills-first approach to career development.
  • Flexible vacation, two company-wide Mental Health Days off, and access to the Headspace app.
  • Retirement savings, tuition reimbursement, employee incentive programs, and resources for mental, physical, and financial wellbeing.
  • Two paid volunteer days each year through the Social Impact Institute, plus pro-bono consulting and ESG initiatives.
  • A workplace recognized for inclusion, belonging, flexibility, and work-life balance.
