Description

The company makes plant-based meals that are cooked by chefs and aim to support health goals and a lower environmental footprint.

The role leads the company's affiliate acquisition channel, which is still being shaped, so you will set its direction from scratch.

Responsibilities

  • Set the affiliate direction: decide which partner types, commercial models and opportunities are worth pursuing first.
  • Grow monthly affiliate spend to €100K+ while keeping unit economics healthy and bringing in new-customer revenue that would not otherwise arrive.
  • Find, approach and negotiate terms with strong partners such as publishers, content platforms, loyalty programmes, communities and creators.
  • Own the channel's results, including new-customer revenue, CAC, ROAS and profitability, and keep testing, analysing and improving them.
  • Choose, set up and run affiliate technology, tracking and reporting, with processes that can scale from the outset.
  • Write down the processes and frameworks that turn affiliate into a repeatable, scalable acquisition channel.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years in affiliate marketing, preferably in DTC, e-commerce, subscription or other consumer businesses.
  • A record of building and growing affiliate programmes, ideally to €50K, €100K+ in monthly spend or revenue.
  • Hands-on work with many kinds of partners, including publishers, content platforms, loyalty and cashback partners, deal sites and creators.
  • A solid grasp of affiliate economics, commission models, tracking, attribution and incrementality.
  • A history of acquiring customers profitably, with a firm understanding of CAC, ROAS and contribution margin.
  • Experience with platforms such as Awin, impact.com or CJ, including assessing and rolling out the right tools.
  • Experience growing acquisition in subscription businesses across several European markets.
  • Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to turn data into concrete growth plans.
  • An entrepreneurial approach: you take full ownership, build without an existing playbook, and work well when the strategy is still open.
  • Good relationship and project management skills, and the ability to work across teams and on your own.

Conditions

Hybrid working with an office in Kreuzberg.

The company treats everyone equally and does not tolerate discrimination or harassment.
