Description

The company is a sports technology business working where sports, media and betting meet, serving more than 1,700 sports federations, media outlets, betting operators and consumer platforms in 120 countries.

You would join the Sales Analysis and Business Partnering group, part of Revenue Operations, which sits within the commercial organisation and works with Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Product to turn data into insight that improves commercial results.

The role is a Sales Analysis and Business Partnering Analyst for Europe. You would be the go-to analytical partner for the European commercial organisation, working directly with Sales and Customer Success leaders on forecasting, renewal processes, key account planning and the reporting that guides daily decisions.

The hiring process starts with a short screening chat with a Talent Acquisition Partner, then two technical interviews, first with the technical team and later with the Hiring Manager. If successful, you receive feedback and an offer.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales and Customer Success leaders across Europe to keep revenue, bookings and renewal forecasts accurate.
  • Watch forecast accuracy and flag risks and opportunities in the regional pipeline early.
  • Prepare for monthly forecast reviews by maintaining forecast models, checking assumptions and pointing out significant changes.
  • Keep forecasting methods and reporting consistent so performance is tracked reliably.
  • Support sales leaders in key account planning with customer insight, past performance, whitespace opportunities and growth recommendations.
  • Help with territory planning and account segmentation using data analysis and reporting.
  • Contribute to quarterly planning and regional target setting through modelling and commercial analysis.
  • Own and keep improving regional renewal reporting and processes to raise forecast visibility and efficiency.
  • Work with Customer Success and Sales to spot upcoming renewal risks and expansion opportunities.
  • Build reporting on renewal performance, churn drivers, customer health and retention trends.
  • Support cross-functional work that improves renewal execution and customer lifecycle management.
  • Keep commercial data in Salesforce and related systems accurate and reliable.
  • Design and maintain dashboards covering pipeline, bookings, renewals, forecast accuracy and sales performance.
  • Produce recurring reporting packs for regional commercial leadership, with insights and recommendations.
  • Carry out ad hoc analysis for commercial initiatives, pricing discussions, account reviews and executive requests.
  • Find ways to automate recurring reports and use AI-enabled tools to make commercial insight easier to produce and access.
  • Turn complex datasets into clear recommendations that help decision-making across the regional business.

Requirements

  • Have 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Finance, Consulting or another analytical business function.
  • Have experience supporting commercial teams with forecasting, reporting or sales analytics.
  • Solve problems analytically and explain findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Be advanced in Excel, SQL, Power BI and CRM systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Pay close attention to detail and manage several priorities at once in a busy environment.
  • An interest in sports, data and working with commercial teams to improve business performance is preferred.

Conditions

The role is on-site in the office four days a week, as the company believes in-person work builds relationships and collaboration.

Exemptions may apply depending on location. Your local point of contact can give details.

The minimum monthly salary follows the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Higher pay may be offered depending on qualifications and experience.

Benefits

  • Work alongside colleagues in engineering offices across Europe, Asia and the US, with social events and team-building activities.
  • Flexibility to manage your workday and tasks, with a balance of structure and autonomy.
  • An inclusive community, including Women in Tech and Pride groups open to everyone.
  • Access to a global employee assistance programme.
  • A well-being app offering focus support, quality rest, mindfulness and long-term mental resilience tools.
  • Online training videos.
