  • Have a proven record of delivering projects across the full lifecycle, to agreed scope, budget and timelines.
  • Bring strong experience in project planning, governance, risk management and reporting.
  • Know project management methodologies, frameworks and delivery tools well.
  • Solve problems and analyse situations creatively and pragmatically, with sound judgement in decisions.
  • Communicate and manage stakeholders confidently at every level of the organisation.
  • Influence, motivate and lead cross-functional teams to strong outcomes.
  • Stay organised across multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting.
  • Work in a professional, proactive and resilient way.
  • Travel occasionally to UK sites, mainly in the Southeast, as required.
