You will grow your own career path here. Function: Account Management and Growth. Subfunction: Account Management.

  • Manage estimates and timings for the whole project, including production within the SOW, and build detailed estimates and timings to win internal approval.
  • Flag internal investment and budget burn early to prevent overages.
  • Produce weekly project financial health reports.
  • Manage estimates, raise purchase orders, and get client service approval for third-party invoices before they are released to suppliers.
  • Report risks to client service and keep them updated.
  • Attend the monthly financial meeting with client service and finance when required.
  • Add new suppliers to AX, including completing new supplier forms.
  • Reconcile every project on completion.

  • Build timing plans and estimates in Workfront and keep them updated.
  • Drive status updates that show the overall position of new and live jobs.

  • Make sure specs, assets, signed-off copy and design, guidelines and other creative and digital files are ready before design, studio or production briefing.
  • Confirm NDAs and contracts are in place for new projects.
  • Lead creative development and production, running kick-offs, creative reviews and production briefings, and scheduling them where needed.
  • Set agendas and confirm next steps so the team agrees.
  • Check creative and production against the brief, budget, requirements and brand guidelines before client service review.
  • Find cost-effective ways to reach the desired result at every creative, studio and production stage.
  • Research and share technology and production options during creative development to keep standards high.
  • Make sure concepts and project documents are approved before client presentation.
  • Proofread all creative work before it goes to the client.
  • Traffic internal progress, chasing and tracking it.
  • Know the work, the wider network and the clients well, and how long each agency stage takes; check assumptions with colleagues.
  • Support the wider team on prospective pitches.
  • Represent the agency in every interaction with clients and external suppliers.
  • Understand the client team's structure, internal drivers and blockers, and work with or around them.
