JOB TITLE: Engagement Delivery (Project Manager) Manager/Senior Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams, giving clarity, motivation and direction throughout the engagement.
  • Act as the primary customer interface, applying the company delivery methodology, project gates and governance.
  • Build and own project plans. Track progress and timelines, adjust schedules as needed, and resolve issues to deliver on time and on budget.
  • Manage project resources, utilisation, budgets and financials, including timesheet approvals.
  • Lead large projects, or several smaller interrelated projects, that need complex cross-functional teamwork.
  • Run risk, issue, dependency and change management, and communicate regularly with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and help shape project deliverables and documentation.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and business sign-off.
  • Manage delivery within public sector governance, assurance and reporting requirements. [confirm with Gregory]
  • Support the account team in extending the the company footprint.
  • Experience/Skillset Required
  • Essential:
  • 5–7+ years of project management experience, including delivering external client projects.
  • Proven record of delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget.
  • Ability to balance business and technical requirements when building project plans and estimates.
  • Strong stakeholder management, including the ability to navigate complex client dynamics and difficult conversations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-visibility team environment.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Desired (but not essential):
  • Experience delivering projects for UK central government or public sector organizations (e.g., NHS, Home Office, DWP) is a big plus.
  • Project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, SAFe, or Scrum.
  • Hands-on the company delivery experience or CRM/enterprise SaaS implementation experience (nice to have, as platform training will be provided internally).
  • Familiarity with UK public sector procurement frameworks and governance/assurance processes.
  • Experience managing remote or distributed delivery teams.
  • Existing Security Clearance (SC Clearance).

We are looking to hire a number of Senior Project Managers/Project Managers/Engagement Delivery Senior Managers to join the company Professional Services in London, supporting a major UK Public Sector programme. You will lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-scale the company implementations for government and public sector customers. You will guide multidisciplinary project teams of technical and non-technical consultants, manage customer relationships, and make sure outcomes are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment and act as an extension of the account team, helping customers realise the full value of the company.
