Sign Up to ReadThis is a 12-month fixed-term Project Manager role in the Strategic Projects team, with hybrid working from the Embassy Gardens office in London.
Your main task is running a company-wide file management project that makes it easier for staff across the UK business to store, organise, find and share files. You will also lead or support other strategic projects as business priorities shift. You report to the Head of Strategic Projects and work with stakeholders and specialists across the business to deliver complex projects and change.
The Strategic Projects team sits within the company's Operations function, which also covers Technology, Facilities and Distribution. The team drives transformational change against strategic priorities, working with departments across the company and DK from first discovery to rollout.
On this project you will work with a Senior Business Analyst, plus colleagues in Continuous Improvement, Communications and Digital Training from the wider Transformation team, and Technology colleagues handling the data migration.
The salary is c.£70,000, depending on how your skills and experience match the role.
This is a fixed-term contract lasting 12 months.
Hybrid working: you will be in the Embassy Gardens office in London about 2 days a week, typically Tuesday and Thursday, and must be flexible on other days when the business needs it.
Applications close at 23:59 on Sunday 8th November 2026.
Disabled candidates who meet the essential criteria can opt in for an interview on their application form, though not every eligible candidate may be interviewed, and you can share any reasonable adjustments you need.
