Description

The team works in financial services and helps European clients judge how the product can meet their needs.

You will work with the Implementation Consultant to oversee a seven-step implementation process for bank and credit union customers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of the product across financial institutions by building relationships with stakeholders at every level and keeping work aligned with company goals.
  • Own the project or programme timeline from start to finish, spotting risks and dependencies early and keeping milestones on schedule.
  • Lead cross-functional teams using Agile methods, running sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives to keep improving delivery.
  • Manage several workstreams in large implementations so teams stay aligned, risks are contained, and integrated solutions land on time and within budget.
  • Keep stakeholders informed with clear updates, manage expectations, allocate resources for the best team output, and track budget and burn rate.
  • Monitor KPIs and business value metrics to measure progress, support decisions and deliver high-impact results.
  • Handle escalations on your own, keeping momentum and customer satisfaction while solving problems quickly.
  • Run project plans and tools with a high level of skill, covering tasks, resourcing and milestones while staying on strategy and within budget.
  • Give peers and senior management full status reports and risk assessments so everyone can see where work stands.
  • Build your domain knowledge and technical skills, and support learning across the team.
  • Mentor new hires, work with leaders across departments, and become a go-to voice on major decisions. Help improve internal processes and tools.
  • Spot whitespace within programmes that could bring in revenue: assess extra resourcing needs, look for cross-sell and up-sell chances, and negotiate higher rates based on the value current resources provide.
  • Use AI tools to automate routine tasks, improving accuracy, saving time and cutting errors.
  • Apply AI-driven insights to sharpen decisions, improve customer experience and lift team productivity, making sure each use delivers measurable value.
  • Keep up with AI developments and find ways to grow the business with them.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, management or information technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of professional project management or related experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A track record of handling complex work with precision, backed by strong organization, time management and problem-solving.
  • Explaining complex information clearly to any audience at any level.
  • Leading projects with little supervision, showing initiative and escalating issues when needed.
  • Earning credibility and influence through open communication, teamwork and reliable follow-through.
  • Helping drive change by spotting improvements and challenging existing processes constructively.
  • Desired: Salesforce experience.
  • Desired: experience with the platform as an end user or through an implementation.
  • Desired: PMP or PMI certification, which is preferred.
  • Desired: prior project management experience.
  • Desired: background across several banking lines of business.
  • Desired: familiarity with agile software delivery practices and concepts.
  • Desired: the position may require travel.
