Description

The role leads the EMEA plan for generating new-customer demand and improving marketing processes.

It turns installed-base data and external market signals into qualified pipeline and sets repeatable standard work for campaigns, events and related marketing execution.

It connects strategy, data, technology and cross-functional delivery to raise speed, consistency, governance and measurable commercial impact across EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Run the EMEA SDR line so it fits the overall campaign strategy and operating model for creating new-customer leads from installed-base data and external databases.
  • Turn growth priorities from domain leaders into a lead-generation plan covering forecasts, target segments, campaign logic, qualification criteria, value hypotheses, ownership and launch dates.
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, Service, Commercial Operations, Data & Analytics and regional leaders to set priorities, capacity, handoffs and follow-up expectations.
  • Check data quality, enrichment, segmentation and lead routing so leads are usable, compliant and assigned through agreed CRM processes.
  • Set up performance governance across lead forecast versus actuals, quality, conversion, cycle time, pipeline and revenue, and give senior leaders clear insight and recommendations.
  • Pilot campaigns, gather seller and customer feedback, and scale strong lead sources and models across markets and domains.
  • Deploy marketing intent and insight tools to segment customers and build outreach lists for business development reps.
  • Design and own standard work for EMEA marketing, covering campaign types, intake and prioritisation, activation, events, webinars, tradeshows, lead capture, follow-up and measurement.
  • Write playbooks, SOPs, templates, checklists, RACI models and stage-gate controls that define roles, decisions, inputs, outputs and service levels.
  • Work with the global team on process priorities and rollout.
  • Run cross-functional process design and continuous-improvement workshops to simplify handoffs and remove duplication, delays and execution risk.
  • Set a governance rhythm to track adoption, exceptions, process health and outcomes, and keep a controlled repository current.
  • Lead change through stakeholder alignment, communication, capability building and coaching so regional teams apply the agreed ways of working.
  • Benchmark practices, find automation and AI opportunities, and sponsor improvements that boost productivity, transparency, scalability and customer impact.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years managing programmes or projects, or working on a programme team as a functional lead.
  • Background working in a regional or global marketing organisation.
  • Able to explain technical topics clearly to C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills in project planning, project management and team building.
  • Experience with structured problem-solving methods and reporting tools, including Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Solid grasp of financial concepts.
  • Comfortable working in a global team.
  • Experience with marketing tools, including marketing automation and intent or insight tools.
  • Preferred: bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing or a related field.
  • Preferred: experience with Lean Methodology or Six Sigma.

Conditions

Hybrid work model.

Initial basic salary of €3,346 to €5,230 per month, plus a 13th month salary paid after the first 6 months in the job.

The final package reflects your experience, skills and qualifications for the role.
