Description

The company is building Physical AI, systems that understand and reason about the physical world and act in it. The open-source Cosmos Framework lets developers build and customize world foundation models for this work.

The role is Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager. You will build the go-to-market plan for Cosmos Framework, showing how developers, robotics teams, autonomous-system builders, AI researchers and simulation partners can experiment with, train, post-train, customize, evaluate and optimize Physical AI models, and connect them to simulators, data pipelines and robotics platforms.

You will position the framework as an open base that works alongside partner technologies and helps world model, world action model and open-model teams build and extend their own models. You will turn detailed model-development capabilities into clear value for developers, mixing hands-on technical work with product marketing.

You will work with product management, engineering, research, developer relations, solution architects, business development, worldwide sales, corporate marketing, analyst relations, public relations, investor relations and ecosystem partners. You will help partners launch on day zero, build developer awareness and grow adoption of both partner technologies and Cosmos Framework.

Responsibilities

  • Own technical product marketing and developer go-to-market for Cosmos Framework.
  • Set the framework's positioning, messaging, value proposition, developer personas, adoption journeys, interoperability story and launch strategy as an open foundation that complements partner technologies.
  • Help world model, world action model and open-model builders grow adoption among robotics teams, autonomous-system developers, AI research organizations and simulation partners. Cover setup, experimentation, training, post-training, customization, adaptation, evaluation, benchmarking, optimization and integration with data and simulation workflows.
  • Support partner-led day zero launches. Work with partners on joint positioning, integration mentorship, technical quick starts, reference workflows, demos, workshops, sample applications and launch assets that show off their technology from the first day of availability.
  • Build open-source adoption and joint go-to-market programs that help world-model and open-model builders reach developers through GitHub, Hugging Face, developer communities, research organizations, cloud and AI infrastructure companies, robotics companies, simulation partners and model-development platforms.
  • Work with product management, engineering, research and developer relations to improve documentation, onboarding, usability and developer experience. Turn developer feedback, community signals and adoption data into product and roadmap recommendations.
  • Define success metrics for developer activation, repeat usage, community engagement, ecosystem integrations and framework adoption.
  • Coordinate the company's support for partner-led launches across developer relations, solution architects, business development, worldwide sales, corporate marketing, analyst relations, public relations and investor relations.
  • Represent Cosmos Framework to developers, researchers, customers, partners, analysts and industry leaders.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, robotics, engineering or equivalent experience. An MBA is preferred.
  • 8+ years in technical product marketing, product marketing, product management, developer relations, software development or a related developer-platform role.
  • Hands-on experience in software development, machine learning engineering, developer advocacy, technical product management or a similar technical role. You understand Python, PyTorch, model training and post-training, evaluation workflows, GitHub, containers and accelerated computing.
  • Experience building go-to-market and adoption strategies for open-source AI frameworks, models, SDKs, APIs or developer platforms.
  • Experience working directly with open-source maintainers, contributors, developer communities and ecosystem partners.
  • You create technically credible content and hands-on developer experiences, and use adoption metrics and community feedback to improve positioning, onboarding and product strategy.
  • You can turn complex model-development capabilities into clear developer and business value.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills for developer, research, business and executive audiences.
  • You lead cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, research, developer relations, business development, marketing and executive partners.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience building, adapting or evaluating world models, world action models, vision-language-action models, diffusion models or multimodal foundation models.
  • Preferred: experience with the company Cosmos, the company NeMo Framework, PyTorch, Hugging Face, CUDA or comparable open AI frameworks.
  • Preferred: contributions to open-source AI or robotics projects as a maintainer, contributor, technical author or community leader.
  • Preferred: work across world-model, simulation, robotics, autonomous-vehicle or embodied-AI ecosystems, with a record of building partner-first developer programs.
