Description

The company builds AI for dental care, and thousands of dental providers and insurers use its platform.

The company is growing very fast and is in a hypergrowth phase, so the role moves quickly and your impact will grow with it.

The team builds new products, partnerships, content and a new category of AI technology, and it values people who want to lead what they build.

This role leads how the company takes its products to market for private dental practices and DSOs (Dental Support Organizations). You will work closely with Marketing, GTM, Product and executive leadership, and you will report on measurable customer and business results.

Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of the company's ICP and key personas in private practices and DSOs, and use it to guide Sales, Customer Success and Product on prospecting, sales velocity and retention.
  • Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the company's products so that launches and campaigns drive the next stage of revenue growth.
  • Set positioning and messaging that are differentiated and based on customer needs, market trends and product capabilities.
  • Plan and run product and feature launches with Product, Engineering, Sales and Enablement, and track whether they produce adoption and revenue.
  • Use AI as a thinking partner and build AI-powered workflows that speed up research, positioning, launches and enablement for you and your colleagues.
  • Work with Sales, Customer Success and Demand Generation so GTM teams have the resources, context and enablement to support customers and meet growth goals.
  • Create and oversee sales and customer materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, competitive narratives and onboarding resources.
  • Run customer research, market analysis and competitive intelligence, and use the findings to shape the product roadmap and business decisions.
  • Monitor adoption, feedback and business results, and refine messaging, content and GTM plans to maximise growth.
  • Stay hands-on: write content and manage product launches yourself while also setting high-level strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience leading product marketing in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • A proven record of building a best-in-class B2B product marketing program.
  • A track record of leading major product launches and shaping positioning that delivers real business results.
  • Ability to turn technical or AI-powered products into clear, compelling stories for different audiences.
  • Strong written and spoken communication, with executive presence.
  • Comfort working fast, taking ownership and collaborating across Product, GTM and CEO/Founder teams.
  • Skill at separating useful signal from noise.

Conditions

Hybrid work: many roles are based in San Mateo, New York City, Boston or Salt Lake City, where you come to the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and can work from home the rest of the week.
