Its lineup includes high-performance digital power VRMs, multiphase controllers, Smart Power Stages (SPS), Vertical Power Stages (SPS with integrated capacitors and several silicon die), Power Towers (modules combining several SPS-equivalents with capacitors and inductors) and power MOSFETs.

Across more than 30 countries, the company's team of 21,000-plus engineers builds technology for automotive, industrial, infrastructure and IoT markets.

  • Own and run product development from concept through requirements, development, qualification, customer deployment, production ramp and ongoing sustaining.
  • Lead end-to-end cross-functional work across electrical, systems, manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, applications, sales and finance.
  • Set strategies for manufacturing, suppliers, automation, quality, reliability, test, yield, capacity and cost reduction for high-volume output.
  • Line up internal development schedules with what customers expect.
  • Spot program risks early and push mitigation plans forward.

Requirements

  • Hold a BSEE and have 10+ years in product line marketing, product management, technical marketing or business development for power semiconductors.
  • Know power management applications and products.
  • Have managed and launched products for data center, server or computing markets.
  • Understand NPI, supply chain operations and volume ramp execution well.
  • Have handled complex, high-visibility customer programs.
