2027 MBA University Graduate – Product Marketing Manager

Description

The role sits on the product marketing team. You will shape strategy by building a close understanding of customers, studying the competition, and spotting openings in a changing market.

You will turn what you learn into clear, persuasive narratives that link the company's products to customer needs and shape decisions across the business.

Responsibilities

• Study customer needs, behaviour and market movement to surface insights you can act on.
• Review competitors and shifts in the market to find openings and guide strategy.
• Build positioning and messaging that explains customer value and what sets each product apart.
• Work with Product, Marketing and Engineering to bring customer and market views into strategic choices.
• Produce stories, recommendations and go-to-market plans that grow product adoption and awareness and deliver business results.

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in a full-time MBA programme and will graduate between December 2027 and June 2028.
• You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• You analyse problems well and can turn data into insight.
• You communicate clearly in writing and speech and can make complicated ideas simple.
• You are creative and adaptable, curious, and willing to try new approaches.
• You work well with others and can build relationships across teams.
• You take initiative, work without close supervision, and juggle several priorities in a busy setting.

Conditions

The U.S. pay range for this role is $97,600 to $183,750 a year. In California it is $126,900 to $183,750. Where you fall in the range depends on work location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Your recruiter can confirm the range for your location during hiring.

Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
