Description

About the company

Built for the AI era, the company unifies identity & access, endpoint security & management, and compliance automation—collapsing the stack and giving IT & security time and control back.

The company was named to Forbes’ America’s Best Startup Employers 2025 list for employee engagement and satisfaction.

The Opportunity:

Marketing is being rebuilt around AI, and we want to lead that shift, not follow it. We’re looking for a technical, AI-native marketing leader to be a strategic partner to our Head of Marketing and help design how a modern marketing org operates.

As Director, AI-Driven Marketing, you’ll drive priorities and operating rhythm across the marketing org, and lead day-to-day execution as a trusted extension of marketing leadership. You’ll also architect our agentic marketing systems: the agents, workflows, shared context, and design system that let a lean team move with the speed and output of a much larger one. You’ll go deep in Claude and the wider AI ecosystem, and you’ll know marketing well enough to point those tools at the problems that matter most.

How You Will Make a Difference Day to Day:

Partner with the Head of Marketing to set priorities, run the operating cadence, and drive execution across product marketing, demand gen, brand, content, and marketing ops.

Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects that don’t have a natural home, and see them through from idea to impact.

Design and deploy AI agents and automations that do real marketing work in production, from research and content to campaign ops, reporting, and lifecycle.

Connect Claude and the broader tool stack (agents, skills, MCP connectors, APIs, and automation platforms) into a unified marketing engine.

Build and maintain the marketing context layer: positioning, messaging, ICPs, personas, competitive intel, and brand voice, structured so people and agents work from the same source of truth.

Own the marketing design system, including templates, components, and brand standards, so AI-assisted creative stays high-quality and on-brand at scale.

Drive AI fluency and adoption across the team through playbooks, training, and QA frameworks, with human review where it matters.

Lead the CRO roadmap and lifecycle programs across the website, trials, and nurture.

Define how AI impact is measured (speed, output, pipeline, CAC, and payback) and report it clearly to leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

Marketing Domain Expertise : 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing. You speak the language across demand gen, product marketing, brand, and ops, and you understand how GTM systems and the funnel fit together.

Leadership : 3+ years leading marketing teams or programs, with a track record of driving work through others and influencing senior stakeholders.

Builder Experience : Background as an early marketing leader at a startup, building programs, teams, and systems from zero.

Agentic Workflows : Proven experience designing and shipping AI agents or automations that run real marketing workflows, not just pilots.

AI-Native Operator : Deep daily use of Claude and similar tools, with strong prompt and context engineering skills.

Technical Fluency : Comfortable with APIs, automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar), and stitching tools together across a stack.

Martech & Analytics : Hands-on with HubSpot and GA4, and fluent in funnel metrics, attribution, and CRO.

Operating Rigor : Experience running planning cycles and operating cadences, and turning ambiguity into clear priorities.

Nice-to-Haves:

Claude Ecosystem : Experience with Claude Skills/Projects, the Claude API, Claude Code, or building MCP integrations.

Broader Stack : Familiarity with Salesforce, Clay, Figma, and BI or attribution tools.

Design Systems : Experience owning brand or design systems, ideally with AI-assisted creative production.

Security / IT Market : Background marketing to IT, security, or technical buyers.
