Program Management intern

Description

The company runs several luxury houses that make jewellery, watches and high-end accessories. Each house keeps its own tradition of style, quality and craftsmanship, and the company keeps creating new products that fit those values.

You will join the Client & Market PMO team in Group Technology and report to the Core Platforms Pole Manager. You will support ongoing projects and operations that strengthen the technology base, and you will see how technology keeps business running securely and reliably, with exposure to technology services, security and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support team members across the Core Platforms Pole.
• Help (Senior) Program Managers prepare and carry out program initiatives.
• Take part in structuring and documenting a major transformation program.
• Keep project documentation up to date and help improve the internal methodology.
• Suggest and organise team activities.

Requirements

• Be pursuing a master's degree or recently graduated from a business or engineering school, with a clear interest in technology innovation and program management.
• Learn quickly and deliver visible results (be a doer) after a short discovery phase.
• Handle cross-cutting topics from IT to business, see the bigger picture and summarise the key points.
• Think about the client, pay close attention to detail, and suggest ways to improve deliverables and operations.
• Communicate effectively and work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Show strong team spirit, be proactive and enthusiastic, and welcome new challenges.
• Be keen to master program management in an IT environment.
• Be skilled in Microsoft 360 (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and Word). Knowledge of the Atlassian Suite is a bonus.
• Strong English and French are required.

Conditions

The internship lasts 6 months and starts in January 2027 or later.

You are eligible for an internship agreement.
