Product Manager

Description

The company provides clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to life sciences and healthcare organisations, with more than 60 years of experience across 100 countries.

As a Product Manager you will turn technology into solutions that connect patients with treatments. You may work directly with customers and patients or give internal support to the business.

Responsibilities

• Help shape the product roadmap and lead the build of new features.
• Work with stakeholders to learn how current functions work, and to agree on improvements and priorities.
• Earn the trust and respect of stakeholders and engineers through steady working relationships.
• Turn market, industry and customer needs into features, functions and use cases.
• Own and manage the development of roadmap features from start to finish.
• Use product management methods to set priorities and design solutions with a product-led approach.
• Lead product discovery to make development work more predictable and improve its return on investment.
• Keep the product stable and well supported.
• Coordinate launch plans, product marketing and product sales through documentation and presentations.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of related experience in business analysis or project management.
• Experience with patient support programs, patient engagement solutions, or healthcare service platforms.
• Preferred: strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare market.

Conditions

Base pay ranges from $88,100.00 to $220,200.00 annualised. The actual offer depends on factors such as qualifications, knowledge, skills, education, experience, location and schedule (full-time or part-time).

Incentive plans, bonuses or other compensation may be offered depending on the position.
