Description

At the company, we are building the API backbone for the global travel industry.

By enabling seamless connectivity between hotels, OTAs, fintechs, super-apps, and businesses, some of which are entering the travel market for the first time, the company empowers companies to deliver reliable travel products effortlessly. Our robust platform simplifies complex supplier networks, offering direct access to hotel inventory with better pricing, coverage, and technology.

The company is at the forefront of a revolution—delivering AI-powered, smarter, and more personalized travel experiences for a new era.

Remote in Europe, or hybrid in Barcelona, Dublin, London, or Palma.

Build the products that are changing how the hotel industry works.

The way hotels get sold is changing fast. AI agents and new channels are starting to replace the old routes, and we’re at the front of that shift. We’ve found product-market fit, and hotels are signing up to be on our Cloud platform. The main bottleneck is getting them onboarded fast and at scale.

That’s what you’ll own. Every hotel we can sell starts with how it joins us, whether that’s through the partners that connect thousands of hotels at once, direct deals with large chains, or a self-serve flow that gets an independent hotel live in under 10 minutes. Success is measured by one number: bookable rooms added per day.

You’ll set the strategy and the roadmap, and decide which partners to connect first based on what customers ask for. Your own squad of around five engineers and a designer builds it with you, alongside the operations team. Growth and marketing work with you to bring hotels in.

What makes it interesting for you

You can move extremely fast. There’s very little red tape, teams make their own product decisions, and the culture is much closer to ask for forgiveness than wait for permission. If something makes sense, you can test it quickly instead of spending weeks getting alignment.

You have your own squad.

One clear number to move. Bookable rooms added per day, while keeping quality high. How you get there is your call.

You work hands-on with AI. You’ll have room to prototype, automate, and use AI to build better ways for hotels to join us.

The kind of problems you’ll work on

How do we get an independent hotel from sign-up to ready to sell in under 10 minutes?

Which partners and hotel chains should we connect next, and what customer demand justifies that order?

How do we make every new connection faster and cheaper than the last?

How do we keep strong partnerships with the platforms hotels sell through, as they start selling directly to AI agents?

This role fits if you

Have led a product area across engineering, design, growth, and marketing, mostly through people you don’t manage.

Have built products where growth depends on connecting many partners, and made it faster for each new one to go live.

Learn a new industry fast and can form a sharp view of how it works within your first weeks.

Fix recurring problems once by building the fix into the product, and can explain why every item on your roadmap is there.

Reach for AI and automation first when a problem grows, and use AI heavily in your own work.

If you’ve scaled partner onboarding at a delivery marketplace or another two-sided platform, we want to hear from you. Experience in hotel distribution is a plus, but not required.

The company moves quickly, has little process, and gives people a lot of room to make decisions. You’ll do well here if ambiguity does not slow you down, you like going deep into difficult problems, and you want to be accountable for what your product actually delivers.

If this sounds like your kind of product role, we’d love to hear from you. You can apply with your LinkedIn profile or CV.
