Description

The team sets strategy and drives delivery for Offsite Ads, Partnerships, and CTV products, combining customer insight and emerging technology to define the product vision and roadmaps.

The team works across functions, uses data to make decisions, and puts weight on discovery, prioritization, and measuring performance. Senior team members also coach peers on product management practice.

This role is a Staff Product Manager for Creator offerings within Offsite Ads at the company, which is expanding its product range and market reach.

Responsibilities

  • Set and drive multi-quarter strategy across several related products, using domain knowledge and data.

  • Build and manage detailed roadmaps, from MVP and launch planning through long-term evolution.
  • Understand customer and business needs through data analysis, journey mapping, and synthesizing feedback.
  • Work with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and business partners to deliver prioritized features, manage risk, and shape technical direction.
  • Run experiments and use data to test assumptions before committing to them.
  • Coach peers and promote product management best practice across the organization.
  • Lead Creator offerings in offsite ads: design, build, and scale the technical infrastructure that connects first-party customer data, influencer content workflows, and automated ad-buying APIs with social media networks.

Requirements

  • Show a record of leading product strategy and managing roadmaps for complex product suites in ad platforms, social media, or related media.
  • Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Apply advanced analytics and experimentation to guide product direction.
  • Understand ad-tech and how it applies to product development.
  • Turn customer and market insight into prioritized, measurable problem statements and outcomes.
  • Lead a product through its full lifecycle, from MVP to scalable launch and ongoing improvement.
  • Communicate clearly enough to tie product vision to wider business strategy.
  • Minimum qualifications, either option: Option 1 is a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field plus 7 years of product management experience. Option 2 is 9 years of product management or a related field.
  • Preferred: a master's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field, plus 6 years as a product manager, ideally on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B or B2C products.
  • Preferred: experience building inclusive digital experiences, knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and applying digital accessibility in practice. Knowledge of accessibility best practices is also welcome.
