Description

The role is Senior Product Manager for eCommerce fulfillment, covering the U.S. and international markets for the company's retail and membership brands.

You will set product vision and strategy, find high-impact opportunities, and build scalable solutions that improve the end-to-end customer journey.

The team wants someone who uses AI, data, and automation to speed up results and who keeps rethinking how products are conceived, built, and improved. You will help the team move past the standard product development lifecycle by running fast experiments, making AI-supported decisions, learning continuously, and delivering value in small iterations at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision and strategy for complex product families, using market research and competitor reviews.
  • Build and maintain detailed product roadmaps, ranking features by customer need, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams so stakeholders agree and products ship and get adopted.
  • Use data, advanced analytics, and experiments to measure product performance and guide ongoing improvements.
  • Coach product managers to sharpen their discovery work and customer focus.
  • Find and apply new technologies that improve product outcomes and scalability.

Requirements

  • You have extensive experience managing complex products or product families, with strategic vision and independent judgment.
  • You have a track record of building product strategy and roadmaps from customer insight, competitive analysis, and market opportunity.
  • You manage stakeholders and projects well, keeping cross-functional teams aligned through delivery.
  • You make decisions from data, using analytics and experiments to test assumptions and improve outcomes.
  • You understand technology architecture and emerging technologies well enough to guide product innovation and judge feasibility.
  • You have led product managers through mentoring and can influence people without direct authority over them.
  • Required minimum: either a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of product management experience, or 7 years of product management or a related field experience.
  • Preferred, not required: a master's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field plus 4 years of experience as a product manager, ideally on large-scale, highly complex consumer-facing or B2B/C products.
  • Preferred, not required: a background building inclusive digital experiences, with knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and accessibility best practices.
  • Preferred, not required: a master's in business administration, computer engineering, or computer science.

Conditions

The annual salary range is $117,000.00 to $234,000.00.

The role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, United States of America.

The company is committed to a drug-free workplace, with a zero tolerance policy on illegal drugs and alcohol at work.

  • Other benefits: short-term and long-term disability, company discounts, military leave pay, and adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement.
