About the role:

As an Product Manager Senior, you’ll work with global financial services clients and internal teams to shape and deliver product capabilities that improve reporting, data integration, onboarding and the overall client experience. You will translate client, market and business needs into a clear product vision, prioritised roadmap and delivery backlog, while guiding development teams using Agile ways of working. You will balance strategic product development with client enhancements and day-to-day product priorities, ensuring solutions deliver measurable client and business value.

Be part of a collaborative Product Management team supporting Investor Services solutions used by investment funds and securities services organisations. The team works closely with clients, engineering, operations and other business partners to improve reporting, data connectivity, onboarding and core servicing capabilities. As an Product Manager Senior, you will bring together strong product judgement, domain knowledge and data awareness to help the team turn complex requirements into scalable, practical solutions.

What you will be doing:

Own and communicate product vision, roadmap priorities and an actionable backlog, turning client and business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery outcomes.

As an Product Manager Senior, guide cross-functional development teams through discovery, refinement, delivery and acceptance, making informed priority decisions and ensuring completed work meets agreed outcomes.

Engage directly with global clients and internal stakeholders to understand pain points, gather feedback, explain product decisions and maintain transparency on priorities, progress and outcomes.

Drive improvements to reporting, data quality, data connectivity and onboarding, including resolution of recurring data or reconciliation issues and identification of opportunities for automation and scalable processes.

Support product launches, client migrations and releases by coordinating requirements, testing, documentation and operational readiness, while using data and feedback to identify further product improvements.

What you will need:

3+ years of relevant experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis or senior operations within investment funds, transfer agency, fund administration or securities services, with experience delivering complex solutions alongside technology teams.

Strong knowledge of investment operations and client servicing, with the ability to translate complex operational, reporting and data requirements into clear product requirements and priorities.

Demonstrated experience writing and refining user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritising competing needs and working with Agile delivery teams through to acceptance and release.

Strong analytical and data skills, with practical experience working with large financial datasets, reconciliations, reporting, data integrations or data transformation, and confidence using data to support decisions.

Excellent stakeholder and client communication skills, including the ability to work independently, influence decisions, explain complex topics clearly and collaborate across product, technology, operations and client-facing teams. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, finance, technology or a related discipline is expected.

Added bonus if you have:

Experience with transfer agency or investor services platforms, performance fees, complex fund structures, fund launches or client migrations.

Practical experience with data and reporting technologies such as structured query language, data visualisation tools, data transformation processes or cloud data platforms.

Experience performing user acceptance testing, release readiness, product demonstrations or training for client and operational users.
