Description

The company is an online fashion retailer in the middle of a major overhaul of its enterprise systems, moving from Oracle to Microsoft Dynamics. The work also covers automation, AI-enabled tools and agentic workflows for colleagues and partners.

Product and technology teams here work across business processes, data and systems to reduce complexity and deliver outcomes that can be measured.

The Fashion Product Team serves internal users in business, operations and supplier roles. It owns the products, platforms, data and processes that cover everything from product and supplier setup to ordering, inbounding and operational support.

You will be a Product Manager focused on purchase orders, intake and the move to Dynamics. You will lead a cross-functional team that improves how POs are raised, checked, approved, changed and tracked, and how stock moves from order to handover, booking, inbounding, receipt and exception handling.

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision, roadmap, direction and measurable goals for PO and intake management yourself, testing ideas and plans with fellow product managers, business teams and key stakeholders.
  • Run discovery with buying, merchandising, supply chain, finance, warehouse, supplier support and technology teams to uncover operational needs and pain points.
  • Map the full PO and intake flow, from creation through validation, approval, amendment, handover dates, readiness, inbounding, receipt and query resolution, and simplify it.
  • Turn business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and ranked delivery increments covering Dynamics, integrations, reporting and agentic tools.
  • Use data and operational insight to spot problems, test hypotheses, confirm priorities and track gains in efficiency, accuracy, visibility and stock availability.
  • Serve as the daily product partner for engineering and delivery teams, making sound trade-offs and keeping scope, dependencies and outcomes clear.
  • Update senior stakeholders on progress, risks and decisions, and challenge requests constructively when they clash with agreed outcomes or add needless complexity.

Requirements

  • Product manager experience, or a similar product role, on operational, supply chain, retail or enterprise products.
  • A track record of setting product direction and roadmaps yourself, while validating assumptions and plans with peers, users and stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, which is essential.
  • Experience with purchase orders, intake, inventory, inbound logistics, supplier operations or related retail processes, which is strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to Oracle or another major ERP, which is beneficial.
  • Strong process analysis skills and a history of simplifying complex or manual ways of working.
  • Ability to move between operational detail and technical delivery discussions, explaining things clearly to both business and technology teams.
  • Confidence with senior stakeholders and operational users, with the judgement to challenge and push back respectfully when needed.
  • Comfort using data and evidence to set priorities, define success measures and back decisions.
  • A curious, proactive attitude and quick learning of unfamiliar domains.

Conditions

Hybrid working, with on-site attendance at the London office 3 days per week.

Adjustments can be requested from the Talent team at any stage of the process.

Benefits

  • 25 days paid annual leave plus an extra celebration day for a special occasion.
  • Discretionary bonus scheme.
  • Private medical care scheme.
  • Flexible benefits allowance, which can be taken as extra cash or put toward other benefits.
