Description

The company is a market leader in online casino and sports betting, running real-money gaming under three brands: BetRivers.com, PlaySugarHouse.com, and RushBet.co. It is connecting online, social, and land-based gaming into integrated experiences that keep players engaged.

As a Product Manager for casino, you will drive product initiatives from problem discovery through delivery handoff and outcome measurement. Reporting to the Director, Casino Product Management, you will handle day-to-day stakeholder work, define problems, shape initiatives, and manage the roadmap across game content and merchandising, lobby experience and navigation, promotions and bonusing, and core gameplay features.

You will work with cross-functional teams to find opportunities, test whether problems are real, and shape clear epics. This is a hands-on role that calls for analytical rigor, empathy for players, and commercial judgment on every initiative.

You need a solid grasp of the online casino market, including slot and live dealer mechanics, lobby merchandising and discovery, bonus and free-play structures, and the engagement loops behind casino retention and revenue. You will work with Casino Operations, Data, and CRM to make sure the catalog, lobby, and promotions reflect player preferences and move engagement, retention, and revenue. The industry moves fast and is heavily regulated, so you need strong analytics skills, a data-driven approach, and an understanding of how rules differ across markets and shape product choices.

Responsibilities

  • Find, check, and rank problems and opportunities in your product area through discovery work.
  • Build a clear view of player needs, business goals, and operational limits using research, data, and conversations with stakeholders.
  • Turn stakeholder input, data, and player feedback into precise problem statements and opportunity areas.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about priorities, trade-offs, and progress, and share roadmap changes, initiative status, and results consistently.
  • Work with Design, Data, and Engineering to generate solutions to validated problems.
  • Shape each initiative into a complete epic: problem and context, value hypothesis and expected impact, success metrics and how they will be measured, high-level solution and scope, and early wireframes or concepts where they help.
  • Help build and maintain the roadmap for your area in line with the strategy set by senior product leaders.
  • Rank initiatives by impact, feasibility, and strategic fit, and keep updating the roadmap as new insight and conditions arrive.
  • Set success metrics for every initiative and make sure they can be measured.
  • Assess delivered initiatives against expected outcomes, find gaps, recommend follow-up, and feed lessons into future discovery and planning.
  • Use analytics platforms, A/B tests, and player behavior data to guide discovery, prioritization, and post-launch review.
  • Work with Data and Analytics to define KPIs, build dashboards, and run experiments in your area.
  • Apply quantitative and qualitative research to test hypotheses and measure results.
  • Account for regulations, licence terms, and market-specific compliance in product decisions for your area.
  • Make sure features support responsible gaming and player safety.
  • Track regulations across the company's markets and raise product implications with senior leadership.
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve personalization, engagement, and retention, working with CRM, Marketing, and Data on tailored player journeys and differentiated offers.
  • Argue for the player's experience in product decisions.
  • Hand off well-defined epics ready for delivery planning to Product Owners and the Product Delivery group.
  • Be the go-to contact for stakeholders on product needs in your scope.
  • Make sure each initiative is ready before handoff, with clear problem, scope, metrics, and business context.
  • Work with Technology Product Managers on solution shaping so product intent matches the technical approach.
  • Help Product Owners during delivery planning by clarifying intent, resolving ambiguity, and supporting prioritization.
  • Stay available during delivery to answer questions, check assumptions, and keep work tied to the original problem and expected impact.
  • Help improve handoff quality and planning practices over time.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, data science, marketing, economics, engineering, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ years in product management, with growing scope including owning product roadmaps and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in iGaming, online casino, sports betting, or similar regulated consumer technology.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery, A/B testing, and analytics platforms.
  • You must be able to travel occasionally, both within the country and abroad.
