Description

The company leads the online casino and sports betting market, running real-money gaming under several brands and working to connect online, social and land-based play into integrated experiences.

The company is publicly traded on the NYSE and is growing quickly in an emerging industry, so this role can shape both the product and the company.

This role sits between Product and Engineering, turning product intent into technical requirements that engineers can build from. The work covers a unified gaming platform that serves millions of players across brands.

You will set the way the company turns product requirements into usable, scalable, fast, and compliant technical solutions, and define how product managers, architects, and engineers collaborate across several product areas, including processes, tooling, and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Build the solution management function, including the frameworks, tools, and standards that turn roadmap goals into actionable technical requirements in every domain.
  • Lead technical product definition for large cross-team initiatives, writing clear requirements for registration, identity, payments, promotions, and player engagement.
  • Create solution design practices with Product, CX, Architecture, and Engineering so designs stay consistent, scalable, and compliant in every market.
  • Bring in Data, Compliance, and Design early so their input shapes planning.
  • Partner with architects to keep solutions aligned with the unified architecture, performance targets, and regulatory requirements.
  • Improve how Product and Engineering work together through backlog refinement, dependency management, and system-level feasibility checks.
  • Coach product managers and engineers on systems thinking, writing technical requirements, and solution planning.
  • Define and track metrics for solution quality, delivery predictability, and outcomes such as activation and retention, then use them to change how the team works.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product, engineering, or solution architecture roles, ideally in high-scale regulated fields such as gaming, payments, fintech, or healthcare.
  • Experience building and leading technical product practices across an organization, covering solution definition, system design, or architecture alignment.
  • Strong business and product sense, with the ability to understand the organization and work across layers from UX to architecture.
  • Working knowledge of modern architecture, including APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and CI/CD, enough to join technical discussions with Architecture and Engineering.
  • Skill at turning product intent into clear technical requirements, moving from product narratives to sequence diagrams when needed.
  • A proactive communicator who brings different disciplines together and presents ideas clearly and engagingly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience in hybrid organizations across multiple markets and globally distributed teams.
  • A hands-on builder who can work through ambiguity, set clear direction, and create processes that scale.
  • A strong plus: hands-on familiarity with data privacy, KYC, or compliance-driven workflows.

Conditions

Occasional travel, both domestic and international.
