Description

The company is building a set of specialized solutions for human capital management, meant to keep the flexibility boutique providers offer while adding the resources and security of a larger global data and technology company.

This remote role sits within Employer Services at the company, where you will work across product strategy, ecosystem partnerships, data connectivity and new solution development. You will report to the Senior Director of Product Management.

The company is a global data and technology company operating in financial services, healthcare, automotive, agribusiness, insurance and many other markets, with about 25,200 people across 32 countries.

Responsibilities

  • Set the product strategy for priority integration projects in Employer Services, finding high-value ways to improve connectivity, delivery and growth through partners.
  • Work with the Partnerships and Alliances team to rank integration opportunities such as embedded experiences and co-created solutions, judging each on product viability, client value and whether it can scale.
  • Recommend whether Employer Services should build, partner, integrate or co-create, backing each recommendation with customer value, a business case and a feasibility check.
  • Find ways to connect priority Employer Services products more closely, reusing existing capabilities where it makes sense to give clients a more integrated experience.
  • Shape the strategy for scalable data connections across HCM, payroll and related source systems.
  • Help assess and develop new integration and solution ideas that come out of partnerships, focusing on viability, client value and scalability.
  • Lead discovery and delivery for priority integration work, set success measures, and explain the product rationale, trade-offs, progress and value to partners and leadership.
  • Identify high-value AI opportunities and, with technical teams, weigh data, technology and risk factors along with build-versus-partner trade-offs.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of product management experience building and scaling software, platform, integration or data products, including leading complex projects.
  • Strong skill across modern product practices: discovering opportunities, validating with customers and markets, setting strategy, building outcome-based roadmaps, prioritizing, defining requirements, launching and measuring results.
  • Experience finding and shaping partner-led product opportunities such as integrations, embedded solutions, white-label models, channel partnerships or co-build projects.
  • Experience weighing strategic options, bringing structure to ambiguous problems, and building a strong product and business case that takes complex projects from concept to measurable market results.
  • Working knowledge of modern integration and data technologies, including APIs, cloud architectures, data ingestion and exchange patterns, and scalable data services.
  • Experience in HR Tech, employer services, HCM, payroll, compliance or closely related enterprise software.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI, large language models, agentic workflows and AI-enabled product practices.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
