Senior Manager IGA Engineering (Sailpoint ISC) - Remote

Description

The company is hiring a senior manager to lead the engineering team that runs its enterprise identity governance services.

You will set the technical direction for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, identity lifecycle management, and governance covering both human and non-human identities. Day to day, you will work with security, architecture, cloud, application, and compliance teams to tighten identity security across the company.

This role is remote. You will report to the Director of IGA.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of identity governance engineers.
• Define the technical strategy and engineering standards for the company's enterprise IGA services.
• Own the architecture, rollout, and ongoing running of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Manage identity lifecycle, access requests, certifications, provisioning, and policy workflows.
• Move the company off legacy identity platforms and onto SailPoint ISC.
• Set up governance for service accounts, machine identities, cloud service principals, bots, and other non-human identities.
• Increase automation using APIs, custom connectors, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and DevSecOps practices.
• Work with business and technology leaders on application onboarding, cloud transformation, regulatory compliance, and operational reporting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in identity and access management or identity governance engineering.
• 5+ years of experience managing software engineering or identity engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience building and running SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Experience leading enterprise SailPoint implementations from architecture through production support.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, access certifications, provisioning, RBAC, ABAC, and governance workflows.
• Experience building identity integrations with APIs, connectors, and automation.
• Experience with Agile delivery, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Git, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience explaining technical strategy and program progress to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
