You will join the Industry AI unit for Energy and Natural Resources in Munich. • Own the full lifecycle of Maintenance Schedule Optimization templates and reusable components, from discovery through ongoing improvement.
  • Define the vision, scope and priorities for these templates, combining agentic AI, intelligent automation and advanced optimization.
  • Build prototypes with generative AI and low-code tools to test schedule concepts, planning scenarios and agentic workflows with customers early.
  • Spot recurring customer challenges and turn them into business workflows, decision criteria and enterprise data requirements.
  • Agree measurable success criteria with customers, such as planning effort, schedule adherence or asset availability, and use feedback and usage data to make the components more reusable.
  • Work with product, platform, AI and delivery teams to turn new AI capabilities into enterprise-ready templates and reusable components.

Requirements

  • You have a proven record of rapid AI prototyping, shown through concrete examples, iterative validation and critical review of outputs.
  • You have practical product management experience turning customer needs into reusable solutions, and enough technical fluency to work well with engineers.
  • You have a strong grasp of agentic AI, context engineering, AI output quality assurance and AI-assisted automation.
  • You have working knowledge of governance, security, compliance, privacy and responsible handling of data.
  • You think analytically, focus on the customer and communicate clearly. Excellent English is required.
  • You think strategically, understand the business and can bring others along, using influencing skills, emotional intelligence and confidence in working through complex problems.
  • You use AI tools, including agentic AI, in your daily work. This means writing effective inputs, automating routine tasks, checking AI outputs for quality and helping your team adopt AI practices. This is required for all positions at the company.
  • Plus: experience in asset management or asset-intensive industries.
