Description

The company builds software that helps teams organize data, find the truth in it, and act on what they find. Its e-discovery SaaS platform is used by more than 13,000 organizations worldwide, including law firms, Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, to manage large data volumes, locate key documents and produce work product in litigation, internal investigations and other legal data intelligence work.

This is a hybrid or remote role leading claiR, the company's new conversational AI experience built for lawyers. You will own the product from end to end, lead the claiR product management team, and stay involved in hands-on product work as claiR approaches general availability.

The team is looking for someone who has brought a generative AI product to market and driven adoption, has managed and grown a team of product managers, and communicates well across product, design, engineering and go-to-market groups to keep everyone aligned.

Responsibilities

  • Define claiR's product vision so that agent capabilities, canvases, data and context management, and collaboration feel like one experience.
  • Build a clear, repeatable account of what success with claiR looks like, and equip sales, marketing and customer-facing staff to deliver it consistently.
  • Lead and coach the claiR product managers, set their priorities, and manage dependencies across workstreams.
  • Work with design and engineering to turn the vision into roadmap decisions that can ship and that speed up learning.
  • Lead hands-on product work on near-term capabilities centered on skills extensibility.
  • Run strategic planning with the other product and engineering teams.
  • Act as product lead for a set of customers, build direct relationships with them, and feed their input into roadmap choices.
  • Work with go-to-market teams on customer enablement, messaging and pricing for new capabilities, and travel often to customer sites for discovery and feedback.

Requirements

  • Preferred: experience managing a team of product managers.
  • Preferred: experience with AI or LLM-powered products, especially conversational agents.
  • Preferred: a record of shaping and aligning a shared platform team's roadmap without direct authority over it.
  • Preferred: experience in legal technology, e-discovery, or another compliance-sensitive enterprise field.
  • You have at least 6 years of software product management experience, including end-to-end ownership of a product's architecture.
  • You can work at the strategic level (roadmap, planning, architecture trade-offs) and the tactical level (writing specs, running sprints, unblocking engineers).
  • You have strong customer-facing skills and have served as a trusted, named contact for enterprise customers.
  • You are willing and able to travel regularly for customer onsite visits.
  • A degree is not required to be considered.

Conditions

The company is committed to fair, competitive and equitable pay.

The role is eligible for total compensation made up of a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus and long-term incentives.

The expected base salary range is $163,000 to $245,000.

The final salary depends on factors including depth of experience, skill set, qualifications and internal pay equity. Offers at the top of the range are not typical, which leaves room for meaningful salary growth in the role.

Role is hybrid or remote.

Benefits

  • Eligible for an annual performance bonus and long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
