Job Overview

WHO WE ARE

Relativity is a leading legal data intelligence company building technology that helps users organize data, discover the truth, and act on it with confidence. Our AI-powered, cloud platform, RelativityOne, transforms massive volumes of complex information into actionable insights for litigation, investigations, regulatory inquiries, data breach responses, and other high-stakes legal work where accuracy and trust are crucial.

The world’s largest law firms, corporations, and government agencies rely on Relativity’s legal AI software to securely surface and manage the most relevant and impactful information in their matters. Beyond our commercial impact, we are committed to expanding access to technology and supporting pro bono legal work.

WHAT WE DO

Relativity aiR, our AI platform, transforms complex data into actionable insights at massive scale. It is the secure, governed platform where large law firms, corporations, government agencies, and channel partners keep their most consequential legal data for litigation, investigations, regulatory inquiries, and data breach response.

Every organization that runs its work on a cloud platform eventually asks the same questions: What is happening across our environment? Where are we efficient, and where are we not? What is driving our growth and our cost? What should we do next?

For our customers, including legal service providers, law firms, and corporate legal teams, the answers shape how they run and grow their practice: how they staff and deliver matters, adopt AI, manage data across its lifecycle, and serve their own clients. Management Console is where Relativity aiR customers find these answers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead Management Console and shape its long-term direction, from data that customers have to assemble themselves toward AI-driven insight and action that helps them operate efficiently and grow.

A successful candidate is energized by customer conversations, enjoys turning complex data into clear, intuitive experiences people can act on, is curious about how AI changes the way people work with data, and works well in a triad with engineering and design.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for Management Console.
  • Work directly with customers, including practice managers, administrators, and operations and finance teams, to understand how they run their practice and turn their needs into clear product decisions.
  • Partner closely with UX design and research to make complex data simple: intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that people understand at a glance and can act on.
  • Make data-driven product decisions: define success metrics, monitor product health, and use evidence to decide what to build next and when to change course.
  • Shape how AI turns data into insight and action, from plain-language questions to proactive recommendations, and validate ideas quickly through prototypes and proofs of concept.
  • Work in a triad with engineering and design: break large initiatives into iterative releases with measurable outcomes and translate validated designs into stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Align stakeholders across product, engineering, Customer Support, Sales, and leadership, and communicate the ‘why’ behind priorities.

Requirements

  • Required
  • 4+ years of product management experience at a technology company, with at least 2 years on B2B SaaS, data, or platform products.
  • Proven experience working directly with customers and turning discovery into delivered outcomes that achieve their intended goals.
  • Familiarity and comfort with data, including the ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health, set goals, back up assumptions, and track success.
  • Uses AI tools in everyday product work, such as research synthesis, data analysis, prototyping, and writing, to move faster and make better decisions.
  • Experience partnering with UX on data-heavy experiences such as dashboards, reporting, or analytics.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting data clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred
  • Background in analytics, reporting, or data visualization products.
  • Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features, such as assistants or agents.
  • Familiarity with legal tech, e-discovery, or other regulated industries.
  • WHY WE COULD BE A GREAT FIT
  • Impactful Mission
  • Build systems that help customers organize data, discover the truth, and act on it in high-stakes legal matters.
  • Engineering at Scale
  • Work on distributed, cloud-native systems that process large volumes of data.
  • Cutting-Edge Technology
  • Build with AI, cloud platforms, and scalable architectures shaping legal tech.
  • Growth and Ownership
  • Gain experience owning systems end-to-end across cloud and distributed environments.
  • Collaborative Culture
  • Work in a team focused on knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Inclusive Environment
  • Diverse perspectives create stronger teams and better outcomes.
