The company is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Case & Tote Storage in EMEA to run regional execution and commercial results for its shuttle and ultra-high-density storage range.
The role links regional customer and market needs to the global Case & Tote Storage strategy. You turn that strategy into workable roadmaps, lead cross-functional development and sales launch work, and make sure products can be sold, delivered, supported and improved over their full life.
You bring commercial judgment, technical understanding and hands-on leadership. You build business cases, work closely with engineering and operations, and keep the focus on products that deliver customer value and profitable growth.
Responsibilities
Build and own execution roadmaps, schedules, milestones and delivery plans for your product lines.
Run the tollgate process from TG00 to TG90, covering review readiness, risk closure, decision records, cycle time and on-time delivery.
Manage products through new introduction, beta deployment, commercial release, sustaining, modernization and sunset.
Rank development and sustaining work by customer impact, commercial value, execution risk and strategic fit.
Where no project manager is assigned, lead the product team and set a steady rhythm for status, risks, dependencies, escalations and decisions.
Keep product business cases accurate and hold development spending within approved budgets and investment assumptions.
Track and report product-line results: orders, revenue, margin, win/loss/drop insights, investment and major commercial risks.
Support market-based pricing, value propositions, sales enablement and regional opportunity reviews.
Supply product input to STRAP, AOP, budget prioritization and lifecycle planning.
Be the main Case & Tote Storage product partner for EMEA sales, solution development, project delivery, customer service, manufacturing, procurement and regional leadership.
Own EMEA readiness and uptake of globally built products, covering regional requirements, product gaps, launch dependencies and delivery constraints.
Get EMEA priorities into global product decisions while limiting unneeded regional variants.
Support EMEA customer opportunities, beta sites, modernization needs and serious field issues.
Collect customer and project feedback and turn it into ranked product improvements.
Work closely with global Product Management and with European R&D, sustaining, manufacturing and product support.
Work with R&D and engineering to set requirements, weigh technical trade-offs, manage risk and keep development on schedule.
Coordinate Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Solution Development, Project Execution, Customer Service, Marketing, Technical Publications, Training and external partners.
Maintain the product tools and artifacts you own: GPC, SRRs, product requirements, roadmap content and Solution Delivery documentation.
Make sure documentation, training, configuration data, application guidance and sales materials are ready before commercial release.
Work with Marketing and Communications on launches, customer material, internal news, demos and trade shows.
Make sure commitments can be delivered, commissioned, serviced and supported consistently.
Build a working understanding of EMEA customer needs, market trends, competitors and project challenges.
Talk with customers and customer-facing teams to gather feedback and find improvement opportunities.
Advocate for customers while balancing standardization, technical feasibility, lifecycle cost and business-case integrity.
Help sales and solution teams judge product fit, spot gaps and shape repeatable solutions.
Use market data, competitor insight, customer feedback and project experience to guide roadmap and investment choices.
Own the Multishuttle product line and its shuttle, lift, racking, conveyor, extraction, controls and software elements.
Own ultra-high-density storage offerings, including AutoStore products and integration.
Oversee emerging and adjacent case-and-tote technology, such as future shuttle and bin-to-person capabilities where assigned.
Plan sustainment, modernization, transition or sunset for legacy products, including Miniload where applicable.
Manage the interfaces needed for complete customer solutions: workstations, controls, software and Solution Delivery artifacts.
