Description

The company is a global live entertainment business with three market-leading units: ticketing, concert promotion, and media and sponsorship.

The ticketing unit sells over 620 million tickets a year and works with about 10,000 clients worldwide.

The concert unit promotes more than 50,000 events a year for nearly 7,000 artists in 40+ countries.

The media and sponsorship unit links more than 1,200 sponsors with the 145 million fans who attend the company's events each year.

This senior product manager role owns product strategy and roadmap delivery for one defined area of the company's proprietary advertising platform, which serves B2B advertisers.

You will report directly to the VP of Product, set the annual and quarterly plan for your area, and look for places where AI can add distinct value in that area.

You will work largely on your own judgment in a fast-moving, often unclear setting, working with Engineering, Design, and go-to-market teams to ship high-value features.

The role suits a product leader who would rather define the scope than wait for someone to hand it over.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for your area and deliver it, moving the area's KPIs and getting core cross-functional partners aligned on shared outcomes.
  • Lead annual and quarterly planning for your area, mapping the critical path, flagging dependencies, and committing to measurable goals.
  • Define and drive product strategy for your area, setting clear choices and success criteria that match broader company priorities.
  • Run structured qualitative and quantitative discovery, combining fan, client, and market signals to guide roadmap decisions.
  • Identify AI opportunities in your area, linking capabilities such as recommendations, classification, and automation to the right surfaces.
  • Make well-reasoned decisions in complex, often ambiguous problem spaces with little direction.
  • Resolve cross-team risks and make explicit trade-offs between fan experience, client needs, and technical constraints so launches land cleanly.
  • Plan for scale by dealing with usability and technical debt on purpose instead of letting it build up.
  • Keep a working knowledge of the company's systems and standards so your roadmap strengthens core platform capabilities.
  • Be the main point of contact for key product decisions in your area, bringing clarity to ambiguity and speeding up your team's decisions.
  • Introduce documentation practices such as templates, checklists, and decision logs that your team and partners will use.
  • Align teams and write strategy memos for senior stakeholders, adjusting your communication to each audience.

Requirements

  • Have 7+ years of product management experience, including substantial hands-on work in both adtech and B2B SaaS (required).
  • Have a track record of owning a product roadmap with measurable impact at the area level, and of working through ambiguity with little guidance.
  • Have led quarterly and annual planning cycles, including dependency mapping and cross-team alignment.
  • Have a strong record of setting and communicating product strategy, with the judgment to make and defend clear trade-offs.
  • Have experience identifying and scoping AI or ML product opportunities and working well with Data Science and ML teams.
  • Communicate well in writing and speech, adapting your style for technical, cross-functional, and executive audiences.
  • Be comfortable working with significant autonomy in a fast-moving setting where scope may change with business priorities.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Bonus: experience in ticketing, live events, or marketplace or advertising platforms.
  • Bonus: experience working with Data Science or ML teams on recommendation, classification, or automation features.

Conditions

You report directly to the VP of Product.

The role involves significant autonomy in a fast-moving environment where priorities and scope can shift.

Benefits

  • Medical, vision, dental, and mental health coverage for you and your family, plus a health care concierge and access to FSA or HSA accounts.
  • Free concert tickets, generous paid time off including paid holidays, sick days, and personal days.
  • A 401(k) with company match and a stock reimbursement program.
  • New parent support including caregiver leave, plus fertility, adoption, foster, and surrogacy support.
  • Career and skill development programs run through the company's own learning school, tuition reimbursement, and student loan repayment.
  • Volunteer time off and a crowdfunding match.
