Get commercial and cross-functional partners working toward one patient experience, linking patient marketing to HCP engagement, patient programming, patient services, access and other touchpoints.
Lead agency partners and internal teams on patient marketing initiatives, issuing briefs, priorities, timelines, deliverables and quality and accountability standards.
Define success measures and use research, campaign results and patient feedback to judge impact, find barriers and recommend changes to strategy, channels and execution.
Build the patient brand from the start, covering launch readiness, yearly brand planning, the patient marketing budget, and the capabilities, processes and partnerships needed as the business grows.
