Description

The company runs a restaurant technology platform used by restaurants and diners, serving millions of diners and more than 70,000 restaurant partners. It has over 25 years in the industry and is part of Booking Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BKNG).

The team works across a global group of metasearch brands, and employees are expected to have a real influence on how the work gets done.

This is a hybrid Partner Marketing Manager role reporting to the Senior Director, Restaurant Marketing. The goal is to turn strategic partnerships into steady, measurable growth for the restaurant business, with multi-year, cross-channel programs that widen reach, sharpen the value proposition, and generate partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline and restaurant adoption. The work goes beyond one-off event activations toward lasting revenue. The role suits a strategic, commercially minded marketer who can work at executive level and also in the detail of delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Set the partner marketing strategy, choosing which partners and investments will most help restaurant acquisition, adoption and revenue.
  • Build and run joint business plans with strategic partners, turning shared goals into audiences, value propositions, campaign plans, activation calendars and success measures.
  • Turn partnerships and sponsorships into multi-channel programs across events, content, CRM, paid and owned channels, sales enablement and other relevant touchpoints.
  • Set up how partner marketing is measured and run, covering partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, restaurant acquisition and adoption, revenue contribution, forecasting, attribution and return on investment.
  • Lead work across Sales, Product Marketing, Growth, Creative, Events, Analytics, Legal, Finance and other teams, making clear who owns what, the timelines, funding, approvals and decision rights.
  • Advise marketing and business leaders, and act as a trusted partner to external stakeholders. Use customer insight and performance data to scale what works, fix what does not and spot the next growth opportunity.
  • Work with global teams to build and launch programs that can scale across markets.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in partner marketing, integrated marketing or a closely related field.
  • A record of building or scaling partner marketing programs from strategy through to delivery, with measurable business results.
  • Experience linking marketing programs to pipeline, revenue, customer acquisition, adoption or other commercial outcomes, and using performance data to decide where to invest.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional work with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative or Brand, Events, Analytics, Legal and Finance, including gaining buy-in without direct authority.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, with the judgment to communicate well with senior executives, external partners and delivery teams.
  • Preferred: experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, restaurant technology, hospitality, payments or another complex multi-sided business.
  • Preferred: experience managing strategic partnerships across several markets, channels or business units.
  • Preferred: experience turning event sponsorships, referrals or ecosystem relationships into integrated demand-generation or go-to-market programs.
  • Preferred: experience with partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline measurement, account-based marketing, co-selling, referrals or affiliate programs.
  • Preferred: experience building a new capability or operating model in a fast-changing organization while balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
  • This is an existing vacancy.
