Description

The team owns the systems that pass conversion and revenue signals from diner bookings to marketing partners, covering attribution, email, CRM and analytics. The team is distributed across locations.

Campaign, consent, booking and revenue data move from the diner journey through web apps, backend services and data pipelines. You will work with product, commercial, marketing and engineering to keep these signals accurate, timely and privacy-aware.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will help develop the consumer web tracking and conversion event service, build new partner integrations, and change related reservation systems when needed to fill data gaps and improve reliability and scale.

Responsibilities

  • Build tracking that respects consent across web booking flows, keeping campaign identifiers and conversion data intact from the entry point to reservation confirmation.
  • Extend the conversion event service so it handles booking events and sends reliable, partner-specific conversion and revenue signals.
  • Build or improve partner integrations as priorities change, such as Sojern, Amadeus, Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and Reddit.
  • Trace and fix data flows across frontend systems, backend services and pipelines so attribution, reservation status and revenue stay accurate through partner delivery.
  • Change related services, including reservation systems, when needed to close measurement gaps.
  • Work with product, commercial, marketing and engineering to define measurement needs, test behaviour end to end, and monitor data quality and delivery in production.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
  • Able to develop and maintain backend services in Java and TypeScript.
  • Experience building user-facing applications with React.
  • Working knowledge of GraphQL microservices.
  • Experience integrating external services through their APIs and SDKs.
  • Preferred: experience with paid media measurement, conversion tracking or marketing attribution.
  • Preferred: experience with event-driven services and data pipelines.
  • Preferred: familiarity with privacy-aware tracking and consent signals.
  • Preferred: experience ensuring data quality or debugging reliability issues across several services.

Conditions

The role is hybrid and based in Kaunas, Lithuania, with two days in the office each week.

Most work follows standard business hours, but you may sometimes need to handle calls, Slack messages or emails outside those hours to work with international colleagues, reply to restaurant partners or address urgent issues. The company follows local laws and regulations on this.

The company is a listed subsidiary of a larger travel group with more than 25 years in operation, serving millions of diners and 70,000+ restaurant partners. Its technology helps restaurants manage their teams, guests and revenue, and helps diners find and book places to eat.

Teams span several time zones and brands within a global metasearch group, and the culture centres on looking after others.

The company supports candidates who need accommodations during hiring or on the job. Contact your recruiter to request one.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of €50,000-52,500 for this Kaunas role, based on market benchmarks, location and experience.
  • A competitive base salary, plus eligibility for equity and an annual performance bonus under local law and company policy.
  • 20 days of paid vacation, paid time off for your birthday and enhanced paid parental leave.
  • Health and life insurance through Compensa.
  • Work from almost anywhere for up to 20 days per year.
  • Company-paid therapy sessions through SpringHealth and a company-paid Headspace subscription.
  • An annual company-wide week off, so the whole team recharges.
  • Development Dollars, leadership development, thousands of on-demand e-learnings, travel discounts and employee resource groups.
