Description

The company is part of Booking Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BKNG) and has 25+ years of experience in restaurant technology.

It works with millions of diners and 70,000+ restaurant partners.

Its technology helps restaurants focus on their team, guests and bottom line, and helps diners find and book the right restaurant for any occasion.

You would join a global team that also runs a portfolio of metasearch brands.

Each employee can make a visible difference to what the company builds and how it builds it. The culture is rooted in hospitality, which means looking after others.

You will help grow organic search visibility across 10+ international domains by spotting opportunities, building strategies and turning insights into measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the organic growth strategy by building and running scalable SEO work across all global domains to lift visibility, traffic and revenue.
  • Use data to act: review performance, track competitors, and find ways to improve rankings, engagement and conversion through ongoing testing and tuning.
  • Improve every page by refining website content, landing page templates, internal links and link-building to strengthen organic reach in each international market.
  • Work with Product, Engineering, Content and local market teams to resolve technical SEO issues and deliver projects that matter.
  • Plan, track and report on projects, then use the results to sharpen strategy and identify new growth.

Requirements

  • You have marketing experience and hands-on SEO work in consumer technology, ideally in-house, with proof of measurable growth.
  • You have a solid grasp of on-page and off-page SEO, link-building, HTML, CSS and how search engine algorithms work, including across international websites.
  • You are comfortable with data and use tools such as Google Sheets to find opportunities, measure results and turn findings into plans.
  • You work independently, take projects from strategy through delivery, and balance competing priorities in a quick-moving environment.
  • You communicate clearly in English, work well with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. A degree in Marketing, Analytics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
  • Bonus points: fluency in another European language, particularly German.
  • Bonus points: experience beyond SEO, such as product management, digital marketing, data analytics or software engineering.
  • Bonus points: experience with landing page prototyping tools.
  • Bonus points: a background in building or rebuilding SEO systems from the ground up.
  • Bonus points: a genuine interest in how search behaviour, technology and online booking are evolving.

Conditions

You can work from almost anywhere for up to 20 days per year.

The schedule covers several time zones. Most work falls within normal business hours, but you may need to handle calls, Slack messages or emails outside them to work with international colleagues, restaurant partners or urgent matters.

Local laws and regulations are always followed.

The company is committed to an inclusive workplace. Reasonable adjustments are available during the application, interview and on the job, so ask your recruiter.

Benefits

  • 5 weeks paid vacation.
  • Private health and dental insurance.
  • Company-paid therapy sessions through SpringHealth and a company-paid Headspace subscription.
  • An annual company-wide week off, so the whole team recharges and returns without a backlog.
  • Paid parental leave, time off for your birthday and paid volunteer time.
  • Development Dollars, leadership development, thousands of on-demand e-learnings, travel discounts and Employee Resource Groups.
  • Income protection, life assurance and an Employee Assistance Program that includes 24/7 GP access and free legal advice.
  • Pension plan contributions, discounted gym membership, Bike2Work and a season ticket loan.
  • Social events, Thursday happy hours and free lunch 2 days per week.
