Description

You will support the Partner Content Manager by turning partner strategy into finished campaigns, linking the brief, production and activation stages for every partner.

The role covers partner content from reading contract deliverables through production, delivery and reporting. You will work daily with the Partnership team to understand each partner's aims well enough to make content that earns the trust of internal and production stakeholders.

The company is a Formula 1 team founded in 1977 that has competed in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for almost 50 years.

Responsibilities

  • Help the Partner Content Manager deliver each partner's contractual campaign obligations on time and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate bespoke campaigns with partner managers, shaping content and activations around each partner instead of using one template.
  • Monitor each campaign's milestones and due items against the contract terms, keep records accurate, and raise risks or delays early with the Partner Content Manager.
  • Act as the daily contact for specific accounts across partnerships, content and commercial colleagues, keeping campaigns aligned from brief to delivery and building trusted relationships with partner marketing teams.
  • Read partner briefs, flag anything that needs clarifying, and balance partner goals with the team's goals and brand.
  • Work with the content team on wider season themes that partner activity can join.
  • Help the commercial team promote future partnership opportunities and current partner relationships by showing what a partnership can look like.
  • Help develop creative concepts for partner campaigns under the Partner Content Manager's direction, bringing ideas to life rather than setting campaign strategy.
  • Build the plan and timetable for partner content around race weekends and ongoing output.
  • Prepare recap reports and performance summaries after delivery, using tracked data for the commercial team.
  • Uphold the company's values and behaviours and represent the department positively.
  • Follow health and safety rules, especially on shoots and at live events.
  • Keep production and presentation standards consistent with brand rules, working with the production team and freelancers where needed.
  • Look for ways to continuously improve partner campaign delivery.
  • Make sure you understand and follow the contractual obligations that affect content delivery.

Requirements

  • You have 3 years of production experience.
  • You have a proven background in partner marketing, sponsorship activation, brand content or a similar field, ideally in sport, motorsport or a rights-holder setting.
  • You can read a brief closely, work out what is actually being asked, and reconcile the partner's goals with the team's.
  • You have strong communication and relationship skills and are comfortable linking partners, content and commercial teams.
  • You are well organised with solid project management skills, handling several bespoke partner campaigns at once across a live F1 season.
  • You work well in a quick, deadline-led setting, including reactive content tied to race results and short turnarounds.
  • You have a working knowledge of production management tools such as Monday.com.
  • You can build high-quality presentations that turn campaign work and results into clear decks for partners and internal audiences.
  • Experience in F1, motorsport or another major sponsorship or rights-holder environment is an advantage.

Conditions

The company is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion and will discuss reasonable adjustments.
