Description

The company has specialised since 2004 in designing, building and running bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands.

It works with more than 300 clients across over 40 countries.

Its model is built for creativity and efficiency, with solutions tailored to each client.

The company is part of a larger group and uses cutting-edge AI to speed up production, support new ideas and inform decisions.

Sustainability is built into every department and project stage, with science-based emissions reduction targets.

This Senior Content Manager role owns content strategy for clients across several platforms, including Brandbank, Amazon Vendor Central and PIM, and leads the workflows behind it. It links brand, marketing and creative teams, mixing strategy with hands-on work. Scope runs from NPD launches to ongoing maintenance, setting the quality and consistency bar on every channel.

Responsibilities

  • Set and deliver content strategy that supports each client's commercial goals, including A/B test plans for Amazon product pages.
  • Take charge of content from start to finish on every publishing platform: raising cases, setup, uploads, edits, amendments and upkeep.
  • Lead NPD content projects on DCOMM, from creation and development through to publishing, aiming for top-tier product launches.
  • Run content projects from scoping and asset review through to proposals and aligning the creative team.
  • Check that everything published is accurate, on brand and free of errors on every channel.
  • Work with product, brand and marketing colleagues so content meets strategic needs and brand guidelines.
  • Work with the copywriter and designers to create visually strong, persuasive content within top-tier guidelines.
  • Use data and commercial insight to guide content decisions and keep improving.
  • Oversee team workflows and processes, checking they meet agreed standards and timelines.
  • Build good working relationships across the business and keep key stakeholders informed and aligned.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content management, covering strategy, platform publishing and end-to-end delivery.
  • Hands-on skill with Brandbank, Amazon Vendor Central and PIM.
  • Experience running content projects: scoping, briefing, asset review, proposals and creative team alignment.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and how it applies to product content and digital channels.
  • Strong editing and proofreading, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Track record of leading, mentoring and motivating small creative teams.
  • Collaborative, able to build effective relationships across brand, product and marketing.
  • Data-led decision making, with an understanding of how commercial priorities shape content strategy.
  • Able to manage several projects at once and keep quality high when timelines shift.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Planner.
  • Desirable: experience within the alcohol, beverage or FMCG sector.
  • Advanced use of Gen AI tools to improve content output, workflow efficiency and publishing quality.
  • Experience designing AI-assisted workflows for yourself and your team.
  • Able to guide others on effective and responsible AI tool use in a content context.
  • Agentic approach to complex, multi-step content challenges, from brief through to live publication.
  • Clear understanding of AI capabilities and limits, with rigorous human oversight of all published content.
