Our people are at the center of everything we do—driving our strategic thinking, technology capabilities, and innovative, data-driven solutions for more than 80 global financial services clients.

As our New York office continues to grow, we are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Paid Search Manager to lead paid search initiatives for several B2B-focused financial services clients. This role blends hands-on platform expertise with strategic oversight, client partnership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and additional search platforms as applicable

  • Oversee campaign pacing, forecasting, and budget management to ensure efficient spend and strong performance against goals
  • Serve as a key paid search point of contact for assigned clients, developing a strong understanding of their lines of business, marketing objectives, and digital ecosystem
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights, optimizations, and strategic recommendations
  • Develop and deliver recurring performance reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly), highlighting insights, learnings, and next steps

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Strategy, Analytics, and Planning, to deliver fully integrated search and digital media solutions
  • Partner with publishers and technology vendors to stay current on new features, betas, and best practices
  • Contribute to thought leadership through the development of POVs, standard methodologies, and process documentation
  • Participate in client and internal education sessions on paid search best practices, platform updates, and industry trends
  • Demonstrate consistent attention to detail and adherence to paid search best practices throughout the full campaign lifecycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in advertising, marketing, economics, finance, computer science, mathematics, engineering, or related field preferred
  • 4+ years of digital media experience, with a strong focus on paid search in an agency or in-house environment
  • Advanced working knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads; Google Ads (AdWords) certification required
  • Experience with SA360 and additional bid management platforms preferred
  • Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics, KPIs, and optimization levers across paid search
  • Experience with analytics and measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Claravine, and/or MOAT strongly preferred
  • Experience buying Discovery and YouTube inventory is a plus
  • Solid understanding of the broader digital media landscape and how paid search integrates with other channels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
  • Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and desire to continuously learn
  • Financial Services experience preferred, but not required
  • $90,000-$115,000
  • To the extent permissible by local law, Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
