  • Troubleshoot automation, application, API, and integration issues with limited assistance.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, Agile development, and release activities.
  • Help teammates resolve technical challenges and successfully complete their work.
  • Develop reusable automation components and share technical knowledge and development practices across the team.
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational support procedures.
  • Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to six years of relevant work experience with programming concepts, development logic or automating simple to medium complexity processes
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in software development, infrastructure automation, network engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong Python development and scripting skills.
  • Experience developing or integrating REST APIs.
  • Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD practices.
  • Understanding of Agile and DevSecOps development practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently deliver technical solutions from requirements through production implementation and support.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to provide hands-on technical assistance to other engineers.
  • Preferred Qualifications
