Middle+ Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

The company is hiring a Middle+ Project Manager for a remote contract role.

The role covers projects from start to finish across several departments, with a focus on improving business processes and integrating systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Run projects from start to finish and oversee several at once across departments, keeping them on scope, schedule and budget.
• Plan each project by designing the solution, setting the budget, assigning people and managing risks.
• Study workflows and processes, spot where they can be improved, and turn those findings into clear project requirements.
• Improve business processes through research, process mapping, data analysis and gap analysis.
• Keep stakeholders involved across the project lifecycle by clarifying needs, sharing progress, presenting results and setting expectations.
• Coordinate business and technical teams, setting their scope, priorities and backlog.
• Lead rollout and change management so stakeholders engage and adoption goes smoothly.
• Connect business systems, processes and technology solutions into one working whole.

Requirements

• You have 4+ years of project management experience, including taking projects from the first request through to implementation.
• You bring experience from a product company or startup, where you worked with in-house stakeholders and end users.
• You have run projects involving digital products, SaaS, technology or AI.
• You have worked on AI-powered products, AI solutions or AI-enabled business processes.
• You have hands-on experience improving business workflows and delivering results beyond development work and standard SDLC processes.
• You speak English at Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level.
• A plus: background in Business Analysis or Product Management.
• A plus: skill with no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble or Bolt.

Conditions

This is a remote, contract role.
