Middle+ Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

The company is hiring a middle-plus project manager for a remote contract role.

Responsibilities

• Run several projects across departments from start to finish, keeping each within its agreed scope, schedule and budget.
• Plan each project by designing the solution, setting the budget, assigning resources and managing risks.
• Study workflows and business processes, find where they can be improved, and turn those findings into clear project requirements.
• Improve processes through research, process mapping, data analysis and gap analysis.
• Keep stakeholders involved throughout each project: confirm requirements, report progress, present results and set realistic expectations.
• Direct cross-functional business and technical teams, setting their scope, priorities and backlog.
• Lead rollout and change management so stakeholders stay engaged and adoption goes smoothly.
• Coordinate how business systems, processes and technology solutions fit together.

Requirements

• At least 4 years in project management, including leading projects from the initial request through to implementation.
• Work history at a product company or startup, serving internal stakeholders and users.
• Experience running digital products, SaaS, technology or AI projects.
• Experience with AI-powered products, AI solutions or AI-enabled business processes.
• A hands-on record of improving business workflows and delivering work beyond development and standard SDLC processes.
• English at Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level.
• A background in business analysis or product management is a plus.
• Skill with no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble or Bolt is a plus.
