ME Business Methods Engineer (f/m)

Description

The role is based in Toulouse, France, in the OMMD department of the company.

You will join the central ME Work Preparation function, part of the Production System Efficiency organization, and lead digital transformation, data analytics and automation projects that improve work preparation and the decisions it supports.

Toulouse is a major centre for aeronautics and European space research in southwest France, with an international airport. It lies between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic, close to the Pyrenees, so outdoor activities are easy to reach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the move of ME Work Preparation to digital transformation by rolling out unified platforms such as MEGA.
• Set and deliver the ME Data Analytics Strategy and the portfolio of data products for OMMD.
• Drive automation across ME Work Preparation with RPA, machine learning and AI.
• Make sure data stays fully consistent and complies with the company's export control regulations, using targeted digital tools.
• Give expert support and lead change management across plants, FALs and PSE transnational teams.

Requirements

• A background in mechanical, IT or a related engineering field.
• Proven hands-on experience in the company's ME Work Preparation activities and end-to-end data flows.
• Experience leading projects, managing change and working with export control regulations.
• Essential: expertise in Palantir Foundry (Skywise) or programming skills, plus grounding in artificial intelligence.
• Negotiation-level English and strong communication skills for a transnational environment.
• A plus: French, German or Spanish.
• You do not need to match 100% of the profile; the company supports personal growth with customised development solutions.

Conditions

Permanent contract with the company SAS, grade G13 under the French classification, professional experience level, job family Manufacturing Engineering.
