Sign Up to ReadWe are looking for an experienced software engineer to take broad technical ownership at the company. You will work closely with our CTO Henrik and Chief Scientist Peter, with real influence over what we build and how we work.
What you will own
You do not need to be an expert in everything here. We will divide responsibilities within the team.
System architecture. Design and organize the systems that make up the company platform: user interfaces, APIs, backend workflows, databases and AI agents.
Fullstack development. Build features across the stack and turn complex collection workflows into clear, reliable tools for operators and creditors.
Applied AI. Develop the AI capabilities that let the company understand cases, support decisions and communicate with customers. Bring new models into production responsibly, with the right controls and feedback loops.
DevOps. Maintain and improve our cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, monitoring and security. Shape how we use coding agents to build and run the platform.
Integrations. Connect the company to the payment, messaging, identity and creditor systems our customers rely on.
What you bring
Technical depth and judgement. You understand trade-offs across the stack and can turn an ambiguous problem into a working, maintainable solution.
Ownership and initiative. You see what needs doing and follow through without close supervision.
Builder mindset. You want to build a company, not just a codebase, and you are curious about what a small team plus coding agents can ship.
