The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

As a senior member, you take part across the full application lifecycle, from solution design and development to deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement. You turn business goals into technical solutions, encourage modern engineering practices and share knowledge across the team.

Responsibilities

• Design secure, robust and sustainable end-to-end solutions.
• Turn product and business goals into high-quality technical solutions.
• Build and keep improving customer-facing applications.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, Product Owners, UX designers and business stakeholders.
• Convert requirements into user stories and technical implementations.
• Write automated tests and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines.
• Advocate agile methods and software engineering best practices.
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge across the team.
• Help deliver high-quality features and improvements on a continuous basis.
• Watch how applications perform and stay reliable and healthy throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements

• You have at least 6 years of professional experience in fullstack software development.
• A university degree in IT, mathematics, engineering, computer science or a related field.
• Good Swedish skills.
• You write and speak English fluently.
• Experience with customer-facing digital products.
• Experience mentoring developers and raising engineering standards.
• Interest in emerging technologies and learning on your own.
• Solid experience with Angular 19 or later.
• Experience with TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS.
• Experience with C, the.NET Framework and.NET 8 or later.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native development.
• Hands-on work with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git and Gitflow.
• Experience with Visual Studio, GitHub, SAST and DAST tools.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Experience working in agile software development environments.
• Ability to turn business and product needs into secure, scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Good teamwork and communication abilities.
