Description

You will join the International Growth team, which runs the International B2B business from Melbourne, Australia.

The company has served millions of diners and more than 70,000 restaurant partners for over 25 years, and is part of a listed group that also owns a portfolio of metasearch brands.

The role leads content strategy, execution and optimisation for growth projects, prospecting and customer engagement across international B2B dining and hospitality markets.

You will work with channel owners, brand marketers and colleagues across global markets, with a high level of independence and open-ended briefs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and scale growth systems and marketing campaigns that win B2B customers and grow accounts in international markets.
  • Plan and produce B2B content such as research, case studies and gated assets aimed at restaurant and hospitality decision-makers, turning them into qualified pipeline. Work with SEO teams where helpful, but own the storytelling.
  • Own the content strategy, email and website work, and lead generation campaigns, with the aim of higher engagement and pipeline conversion.
  • Understand full-funnel data and campaign tracking, and how these systems connect to the sales CRM.
  • Run reliable end-to-end B2B lead tracking and multi-channel attribution, so every touchpoint in the buyer journey is credited correctly, including leads sourced by content.
  • Use AI tools and predictive analytics to improve audience segmentation, campaign personalisation and marketing workflow efficiency.
  • Lead experiment roadmaps and run fast A/B and multivariate tests to improve iteration speed, conversion, ROI and customer lifetime value.

Requirements

  • You have 8+ years of relevant experience in growth, lifecycle or performance marketing in a B2B setting.
  • You can link results across channels in B2B attribution, full-funnel lead tracking and campaign measurement.
  • You have produced B2B content (research, case studies, gated assets) that clearly feeds lead generation, not just brand awareness.
  • You take initiative, work well with unclear briefs and solve complex operational problems.
  • You have a strong grasp of full-funnel data, lead tracking and attribution frameworks.
  • You have applied AI tools or automation to marketing workflows, campaign execution and data analysis.
  • You have built landing pages and web assets using HTML, CSS and WordPress, and built email campaigns.
  • You can manage core B2B marketing systems, including Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Preferred: you have driven international B2B growth and worked across cultures and markets.
  • Preferred: you have strong writing and editing skills, have briefed designers, or have worked with content, SEO or brand teams to deliver polished assets quickly.
  • Preferred: you have implemented multi-touch attribution models used for pipeline reporting and funnel analysis.
  • Preferred: you have designed prospecting campaigns and modelled customer lifecycle retention.
  • Preferred: you have evaluated and integrated new AI marketing technology, copilots or marketing automation platforms.
  • Preferred: you have a passion for restaurants, hospitality and dining culture.

Conditions

This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne, Australia, with two days a week in the office.

Reasonable adjustments are available during the application, interview and employment process; contact your recruiter to request them.
