Marketing Intern

This is a marketing internship in the administration job family, open to students and recent graduates from any accredited program, including internships, research roles and other program-based positions.

You will support one assigned business unit and work alongside teams on projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the assigned business unit with research, analysis and project coordination.
• Work with cross-functional teams on ongoing activities within your assigned projects.
• Attend team meetings, learn how projects are run and work well with colleagues.
• Find and propose changes to processes and tools that improve performance, efficiency and customer or client satisfaction.
• Learn who the internal and external stakeholders are and what they expect and need.
• Complete tasks your supervisor assigns, on time and efficiently.
• Take part in periodic reviews, sharing progress and using feedback to refine your assigned projects or initiatives.

Requirements

• Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a closely related non-technical field.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Manage your time well and deliver work within set timelines.
• Bring a collaborative, solution-focused approach and a sense of urgency.
• Be proficient in standard office software such as the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Nice to have: previous internships or campus involvement. No prior experience is required.
• Eligibility: you must be actively enrolled at a university, college or institution. Most interns work during school breaks and then return to their studies. In some countries, full-time students may be able to work part-time during the school year.

Conditions

This role is hybrid, with an average of 2 days per week in a company office.

Based in Texas, United States, at an hourly base salary of USD 26.00 to 30.00, which depends on location, experience, education and skill level.
